Kenmore Village parking rules : can’t park in street between 11pm-6am from 11/15-3/17.

A door code will be provided 24 hours before arrival. We’re available for any questions or concerns during BUSINESS HOURS, otherwise, we value your privacy.
Additional Rules
Government ID, Deposit, and signed Rental Agreement are required to finalize the booking.
Do not tamper with security systems, wifi, or keypad. This will result in immediate cancellation and removal without a refund.
No more than 3 people in the home during quiet hours.
No smoking/vaping/hookah inside.
An additional fee of $20/15 minutes if you stay past checkout time.
Human waste and toilet paper in the toilet ONLY. No flushable wipes, feminine products, food, etc.
Animals: Only dogs are allowed. No more than 2 dogs are allowed. Dogs must be leashed at all times outside. Pick up your dog poop. Dogs must be treated for flea/tick prevention with proof of receipt.
